Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Actual project costs may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work that affects the quoted price.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site complications. We will keep you informed of any changes to your project schedule.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty on all installations. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and honored by FortiCraft Laredo Fence Builders.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment. This includes removing any obstacles and ensuring pets are secured during work hours. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping or underground utilities that are not properly marked.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring your fence project complies with local building codes and HOA regulations. We can assist with permit applications as needed, but final approval is your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or if cancellation occurs after work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

FortiCraft Laredo Fence Builders is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, acts of nature, or issues with third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited to the contract amount for your specific project.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
